Pasture raised eggs ourselves, peel em, chop em up, and mix with mayo, a touch of greek yogurt, roasted-in-house chicken breast, some lemon juice, some real paprika, chopped gherkins and white onion, and a touch of fresh parsley. We think this is going to be a big hit, and a new staple on our rotation!
