Jon Paton, Founder, Chef, CEO, Chief Customer Service Specialist, Visionary
Born in Columbus and raised in Dublin Ohio, Jon knew he wanted to be a chef by the age of Ten. After a few years at Ohio University spent mostly working in kitchens and exploring local nightlife, he moved to Chicago for 5 years to become a chef. He left the industry after realizing that getting paid $4/hour to run a very successful restaurant for somebody else was no way to live life, and spent the next 9 years running grocery stores throughout Illinois, Iowa, and Wisconsin, where he learned a great deal about running a successful business and scaling quickly. Moving back to Columbus in 2019 to start Fit Fresh was the best decision he has ever made, and he is incredibly thankful for everyone who has believed in him along the way. He pays his employees a thriving wage (currently $21+ per hour), and gives back to the community as much as he can.
Seth Wensinger, COO
Seth spent 20+ years running Katzingers in German Village, before joining Fit Fresh as soon as we could afford him. Seth was actually Jon’s favorite boss that he ever had, and a big reason he stuck with the food industry for as long as he has. An excellent father of three wonderful children, Seth spends most of his time running the day to day operations of Fit Fresh, dealing with Jon’s overly enthusiastic menu items and process updates, being able to fix anything, cooking delicious meals for his family, and enjoying life in Upper Arlington.
Sam Duling, Head Chef, Virtuoso
A true native of Powell Ohio, Sam has lived and cooked all over, honing his craft at such legendary establishments as Husk in Charleston and his own restaurant, Hunky Dory, in Rhode Island. Sam is an accomplished Banjoist, traveling the country to Jam with many of the very best and brightest to ever do it.
Jenna Ramolt, Business Development Manager Indianapolis
Do not ask her about Sports. Really Loves Libraries. The most organized one out of all of us by a mile and a half. Excels at condensing Jon’s word salad into legible script. Does not enjoy delayed produce deliveries.

Nancy Siegel, Consulting Performance Dietician
Nancy is a registered dietitian originally from Sandusky, Ohio. Her passion for nutrition originated from her time as an athlete and growing up in the restaurant business surrounded by family who brought people together over wonderful food. She is a two-time graduate from The Ohio State University with past internships at the UFC and OSU. She now works as a performance RD for OSU athletics, working primarily with wrestling, women's ice hockey, golf, field hockey, and dance. Nancy helps athletes "fuel for the work required" while using evidence based nutrition recommendations to promote peak performance.
