Our wonderful capable crew will be here holding it down and having a blast while we head to France for a food research trip. We appreciate yall very much for letting us cook for you, and for your patience and understanding. Also, thank you very much for supporting our small business so that we can take wonderful care of our staff and our community, and still be able to go on trips like this. We are very very excited to bring back new menu ideas from the birthplace of fine dining, and a world leader in sourcing!

Farm Report for the Week:

Three Creeks Organic on the South Side of Columbus: Fresh Ginger, Aji Rico and Cayenne Chiles Go check out their website to sign up for their CSA, these are some awesome humans)

Bluescreek Farm Meats: Bacon! We have been working with Bluescreek to transition more of our beef to be raised and butchered by them right here in Ohio. No rejected international beef here, folks!

Lynd Farm in Pataskala : Hand-picked Honeycrisp, Zucchini, Onions, Butternut Squash, Garlic

NOW OFFERING MONDAY PICKUP FROM DUBLIN COMMUNITY REC CENTER! We will deliver to our fridge at the rec center on Mondays by 5pm. You should get an email when we deliver it to the fridge, but you can count on your order being there by 5pm on Mondays. Please feel free to pick up your order at your convenience during the Rec center’s open hours. When picking up an order at any of our pickup locations, please select “Pickup”, the top option on the second, delivery day/time dropdown menu. There is no way for us to remove that second menu after you have selected pickup; we have been trying for years.

All orders for Pickup at Fit Fresh HQ on Billingsley will be ready by 12pm on Mondays.

Meals are ready to heat-and-eat, come vacuum sealed for freshness, and can be kept in the refrigerator!

Home/office delivery in Columbus Metro Tuesday and Wednesday 9a-5pm or 5p-8pm

For Pickup Orders, delivery days are dependent on location:
Columbus Metro Area - will be delivered to our fridges Tuesday before 5pm. If you have not received a fulfilled email from us when we put them in the fridge, you can always count on them by 5pm. We deliver pickup orders to the Dublin Community Rec Center on Mondays by 5pm!

Mansfield, Dayton, Cincinnati on Wednesday Before 5pm

Please note That we have several pickup locations around the Columbus metro area that are great for pickups, as they do not require you to be a member, area easy to get to, and have great hours. Please consult their websites for current open hours, as they may fluctuate slightly, especially with Holidays. They are:

Dublin Community Rec Center at 5600 Post Road Dublin OH (Delivered Mondays by 5pm!)

The Fitness Loft at 625 Parsons near German Village

Next Level Fitness and Training Westerville at 1220 County Line Rd

Gahanna Crossfit at 145 S Stygler Rd

Grandview Crossfit at 999 Kinnear Rd

Regular: 3 oz veggies, 3 oz starch, 4 oz protein $10.97
Large: 4 oz veggies, 4 oz starch, 6 oz protein $12.97
Extra Large:  5 oz veggies, 5 oz starch, 8 oz protein $14.97
Starch Free: 5 oz veggies, 5 oz protein $11.97

Beef dishes may cost $1-$2 extra depending on cut.
