NEW Longanisa Breakfast Sandwich with Souffle Egg (Egg, Milk, Wheat)
There is an incredibly famous restaurant in Chicago named Kasama, and they’re the first Filipino restaurant in the world to receive a Michelin star. By day, they make INCREDIBLE pastries and an unbelievably delicious breakfast sandwich, and by night they have one of the best pre-fixe meals in the city of Chicago. Normally, you must wait in line for about an hour to order in the mornings, but we’ve made our take on this excellent idea and will deliver it right to you! If you have the opportunity to head to Kasama, please do, and make sure you add the hashbrown to your sandwich, while also trying their insane black truffle croissant and Ube Cake.
We make our own Longanisa (Filipino pork sausage) from scratch using Blues Creek Farm locally raised pork, coconut vinegar, organic cane sugar, Soy Sauce, lots and lots of fresh garlic, and smoked paprika, then serve it on a ciabatta roll with souffle egg, American cheese, and a touch of incredibly delicious breakfast sauce. Please heat this one open face in the air fryer for 5 or so minutes, you’ll be glad you did!
