How long do the meals stay fresh? Do I refrigerate or freeze them?

We vacuum seal all of our meals within 24 hours of cooking all of the ingredients from scratch, and put a best-by date on each label. You have until the following Monday to enjoy your meals and following Friday for salads (7-10 days). Please keep meals refrigerated, and feel free to freeze any that you don’t get to before the best by date passes.

How does delivery work? Do you use Third Party?

Heck No. All of our deliveries are made by myself or our staff of full time employees, because customer service is very important to us. When ordering, you are able to pick a local delivery window for Saturday, Sunday, or Monday. We expect you to be available to receive delivery, but please feel free to leave a cooler with an ice pack in it outside of your delivery address if you cannot be there to accept delivery.

How does Gym Delivery work? When are my meals delivered to my gym?

We deliver to our gym partners on Fridays before 5pm. Please make sure you select “Gym Pickup - X” as your delivery window. You are welcome to pick up your order from our gym partners at your convenience during their hours of operation. You will receive an Order Fulfilled Email when your order arrives at a pickup location.

How big are the meals?

We offer several sizes, Regular, Large, Starch Free, and Family. Calories and macros are listed on each meal, to make ordering and tracking convenient. We sell chicken breast by the pound, in case your individual requirements are such that you need additional protein with your meals.

Can I customize meals/make special requests?

Unfortunately, No. We pride ourselves at offering exceptional quality at an amazing value, and allowing for modifications would create an unsustainable increase in labor.

How do I heat my meals?

Our meals are designed to be heated in the microwave for about 2 minutes for regular size, and 2.5 minutes for large. Please do not heat the salads. Our breakfast sandwiches are best in the air fryer, but are also delicious if you toast the muffin/croissant, microwave the egg/sausage/ham, and put the cheese on after. Sounds silly, but trust me.
