Soup Season, Baby! Lynd Farm brought in these incredible, huge, butternut-like squash that were absolutely amazing when roasted. We added our made-from-scratch Chicken Bone Broth, Sweetgrass Dairy local Milk from regenerative-farmed cows, local garlic, local onions, hand-picked-by-us honeycrisp apples, and organic local sage rosemary and thyme. This one is smooth, creamy, packed with flavor, and delicious as can be. If I weren’t going to be in France, I would use this as a pasta sauce with Gnocchi or ravioli, and top it with pecorino and the tiniest dusting of fresh nutmeg…. or just drink it. It’s that good!
