We can’t get enough of that freshly-baked DTB sourdough Ciabatta. Incredible texture and flavor comes from years and years of dedicated, hard work. We feel the need to put together incredible sandwiches to compliment that quality, so here’s our latest! We dry-Cure Top Round, roast it low and slow until it’s medium rare, then crank up the heat to develop that beautiful golden brown crust. Shaved Thin and mixed with our tender juicy braised beef, piled high on DTB Ciabatta with caramelized onions, gruyere cheese sauce, and served with a side of our made-from-scratch beef jus for dipping! Soooo freaking good!
