Okay SO… this one is really really cool. Smokng Goose is one of the best Charcuterie makers in the country, and they’re headquartered in Indianapolis. They make some of the most delicious ham on the planet, and we ordered some of that world-famous ham to put this sandwich over the top! We shave it thin, then pair it with a perfectly roasted chicken breast, fancy baby swiss, and honeycup mustard aioli. We’ve been wanting to step up our sandwich game, and this one is a hit!
Please toast this one in a toaster oven or air-fryer open face, as you really want that ciabatta to get nice and toasty and get the cheese all melty.
