We got tired of the inconsistency and lack of quality in store-bought chorizo options, so we decided to start making our own. We buy ground pork from local pigs raised by Blues Creek Farm and Butcher in Plain city, then add a mixture of dried chiles, garlic, onions, spices, and herbs to create my favorite chorizo that I have ever had. Let’s be honest… how often do you get to enjoy a delicious breakfast burrito in the morning before work? That answer can now be 5 days a week, if you’d like! We take a whole Wheat Tortilla and fill it with Scrambled Eggs, Chorizo, and Shredded Cheese for an… egg-ceptional (sorry) breakfast experience!
