This dish was inspired by Grant, one f our wonderful employees who loves to experiment in the kitchen. The star of the show is the decadent, creamy risotto (that is actually dairy free, and owes it’s creaminess to the starch on the rice that comes off as it cooks). The Chicken thigh is no slouch either, braised with fresh garlic, freshly squeezed lemon, fresh Thyme and rosemary. This is a standout, and we think you’ll really enjoy this one!
