Here is our version of this traditional classic, featuring ground beef and pork cooked in a delicious sauce that is simultaneously sweet, salty, savory, and tangy due to the use of the essential calamansi juice! Calamansi is a citrus fruit that is a cross between a mandarin and kumquats, and has an incredible flavor.
