We just got a new smoker, and we’re very excited to use it! We smoke Pork Shoulders low and slow, with a custom top secret blend of bbq spices until it’s got that unmistakable, deep, well-rounded smoky flavor and is as juicy and tender as all get out! We also make our corn bread and baked beans from scratch, for a treat that can’t be beat on the 4th of July week!
