This dish is really yummy, and if you’re not someone who would normally order something like this, we think you should give it a try. We LOVE cooking thai food, and as much as we love fish sauce ourselves, we leave it out of dishes like this because we know it can be polarizing. This dish gets tons of flavor from fresh garlic, ginger, lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves, and a TOUCH of chile paste. You’re going to be blown away by the complexity and flavor of this dish. We got a TON of compliments last time we ran this one!
