Here is our version of this traditional classic, featuring extra firm tofu cooked in a delicious sauce that is simultaneously sweet, salty, savory, and tangy due to the use of the essential calamansi juice! Calamansi is a citrus fruit that is a cross between a mandarin and kumquats, and has an incredible flavor. This dish is an amazing way to introduce yourself to Filipino food without sacrificing your macros! We do NOT make this dish super spicy, so don’t be afraid!
