NEW KBBQ Braised Beef, Jasmine Rice, Asian Veggies (SOY, SESAME)

We’re pretty gosh darned excited about this one. There’s an incredible KBBQ rub made by spiceology that is savory, umami-y, a touch sweet, a little salty, and a whole lotta delicious! We use it to marinate USDA choice chuck roll overnight, then braise it with fresh garlic, ginger, a bit of GF soy sauce, a little rice vinegar, and organic veggie broth for an INCREDIBLE flavor that you’re gonna want to try! We’re hoping to use Fresh red bell peppers, onions, green beans, snow peas, and Napa Cabbage as the veggie blend for this one! It always depends on the freshness and quality of the veggies. We promise not to sub broccoli for any of these, for all of you broccoli haters! :)
