I made this dish at home recently, after not having had it for over a decade. We made a version of this at a really cool Chinese restaurant in Chicago, and I thought about the incredible blend of flavors all the time. This one has everything you could want… sweet, salty, tangy, a bit spicy, and positively bursting with flavor. We love that our business model allows folks to try things they normally wouldn’t at a restaurant, because we’re so much more affordable and convenient!
