This is one of our favorite dishes on the planet. We take a blend of kaffir lime leaves, fresh garlic and ginger, chiles, lemongrass, herbs and spices, then add veggie broth and coconut milk before simmering until it reaches absolute perfection. I’m not going to lie, it has a bit of heat to it, but this dish is absolutely wonderful and you shouldn’t miss out!
