We brine chicken thigh for several hours to keep it tender and juicy and infuse it with flavor, then braise it low and slow with buffalo sauce for a tangy and medium-spiced protein that will make you say wow! We make our own cheese sauce from scratch with milk, aged cheddar cheese, and a dash of buffalo to round it allll out!
