We take Whole chicken thighs and brine them for a few hours to lock in that juicy tenderness, then season with a custom rub full of paprika, garlic, onion, black pepper, and more, then toss with a delicious Sweet and Smoky BBQ sauce that caramelizes as we cook it. Paired with very simple Diced Sweet Potatoes and roasted broccoli, this is an amazing way to crush your goals!
