I have spent my entire career in the food-service and -retail industry, starting with Iaconos, La Scala, and Katzingers way back when. I then spent many years in restaurant kitchens in Chicago, followed by 9 years managing in a grocery store chain across the Midwest. We operate out of a fully-licensed commercial kitchen in Columbus, and pay the utmost attention to detail when it comes to food safety. Our delivery drivers bring your meals to your home or office in Coolers packed with Ice Packs, because Food Safety is the only thing we are more passionate about than Food Quality.
